The Central Library at Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences houses a collection of 4,684 books across 2,087 titles, available for in-person access. The library is partially automated using LIBSOFT software, with reading lists and bibliographies accessible through the OPAC system.

The Wi-Fi/LAN-enabled Main Library and Department Libraries facilitate remote access usage to the extensive e-book and e-journal collection through the EBSCOHOST database. 

The library maintains an extensive repository of university question papers covering all subjects of BDS and MDS programmes, sourced from leading institutions including Kerala University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala University of Health Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Annamalai University, and Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University.
